Ljubljana Frogs is a flag football club from Ljubljana, Slovenia. We play IFAF 5v5 flag football, the non-contact version of American football that debuts at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics. Our domestic team plays FLA Division 1 of the Austrian league; our international team won Adria Bowl V unbeaten in April 2026. We train in Dobrova, just outside Ljubljana, in English and Slovene.

Who can join
Play flag football in Ljubljana
Men aged 16 and over, no experience needed. We play flag football on Monday and Wednesday, with optional sprint and technical sessions on Tuesday and Thursday, at Nogometno igrišče Dobrova. Sessions run 18:00–19:30, or 17:30–19:00 when the sun sets earlier. Turn up to any training day, or send the form.
Your first week is free. After that it is €10 per drop-in, or a monthly fee that attendance reduces.
