Second Ljubljana derby for in SFFL goes to Frogs

The second local derby this year ended in our favor once again. Against the Ljubljana Killer bees, we got a new victory in the Slovenian Flag Football League, thus equaling the number of victories to 2: 2 in mutual meetings.
A good match was played by our passer Darko Mićić, who ga for three touchdowns, three PA conversions for one point, and two PA conversions for two points. Excellent match was played by the captain of attack # 23 Žan Ocvirk, who caught all three touchdowns in the match, one conversion for two points, and at the same time ran for his first rushing touchdown of the season. Aleks Bordon had two conversions for one point, #24 Lucijan Semprimožnik had a conversion for two points, and #88 Matic Gerčar caught a conversion for one point.
The defense worked compactly, even though they received one touchdown more than in the previous game. Brilliant was # 15 RJ Williamson, who scored three tackles and two intercepted passes, one of which he returned to the opponent’s end zone for a pick6. On the inside, Žiga Strgar excelled with ten drawn flags, #4 Dejan Godec had three tackles and an intercepted pass. Defence captain Aljoša Kous pulled out seven flags and contributed a lion's share with two deflected balls on his line of the end zone, which prevented the opponent's touchdowns. Blitzer #32 Blaž Hrušovar had an excellent match, scoring two sacks and announcing the fight for the flag to the remaining quarterbacks, who (for now) defended their flag successfully against the speedy defender.
