Nutrition is the key to the sport performances of our players project began in 2011 as a reaction to the rising number of nutritional misinformation in the media. Through articles, free dietary assessment, individualized programs, lectures and workshops, we aim to demystify diet, simplify dietary nutrition advice and put the focus on actually important factors of a diet.

They do not promote any specific dietary approach. They use our scientific experience for critical interpretation of the literature and put it in nutrition. Because of that, they give unbiased advice in the best interest of our readers and clients.

Diet is more than just a number on the scale, even more than just the nutrients that make it. They emphasize the psychological component of healthy eating and a healthy approach to food. Their goal is not to plan a perfect diet, rather an optimal one. So, we chose to become a part of it. Because we believe that our players can gain a lot more knowledge about the diet and they can perform better. Some say abs are made in the kitchen with the right amount of nutrition. 

Their clients are numerous local and international top athletes, among other Olympic, European and World champions in different sports, as well as national champions and record holders. They collaborate with a number of fitness centres, coaches, psychologists, as well as institutions and organizations such as Cochrane Croatia, together with promoting a healthier lifestyle and scientific approach to nutrition. What does Slovenia, Croatia, Ljubljana Frogs and have in common you might ask? The answer is easy. We are going to play in the Croatia national league too. So we will need all the help we can get, to play 50 games per season without injuries and full of energy. Nutrition is a lot. 

We work with Luka Bashota mag. nutri. A combination of love towards sports and natural sciences resulted in a master's degree in nutrition science at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb. In order to deepen his knowledge of sports and exercise, Luka enrolled in a specialist graduate professional training program at the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb. During the study, he worked with amateur athletes and joined Through individual consultations, group workshops and lectures, Luka tries to simplify and bring closer the concept of a healthy diet and point out the importance of the psychological component of the diet.  He believes that we should all avoid extremes in life. Nutrition is no exception to this rule.
