Nutrition is the key to the good performances of our players

The Nutrilosophia.com project was launched in 2011, as a response to a growing number of misinformation about nutrition. With articles, free diet assessment, personalized programs, lectures, and workshops, they want to simplify nutrition and focus on important dietary factors. In doing so, they remain objective and do not promote any specific dietary approach. They use scientific findings to critically interpret literature and incorporate it into the diet, which is why they give impartial advice to our readers and clients.

In Nutrilosophia, they emphasize the psychological component of a healthy diet and a healthy approach to food. That is why their goal is not to plan a complete diet, but an optimal one, which is why we decided to become a part of it. We believe that our players can gain much more knowledge about nutrition and can perform better this way.

Their clients include many local and international top athletes, Olympic, European and world champions, as well as national champions in various sports. They work with many gyms, coaches, psychologists and organizations, such as Cochrane Croatia, with whom they promote a healthy lifestyle and a scientific approach to nutrition. Since we also plan to play in the Croatian national league, we will need all the necessary help to play such a high number of matches per season without injuries and full of energy.

We are cooperating with Luka Bashota, who, due to his love of sports and science, holds a master's degree in nutrition from the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb. In order to broaden his knowledge of sports and movement, Luka enrolled in a specialist postgraduate program of professional development at the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb. During his studies, he worked with amateur athletes and joined nutrilosophia.com, where through individual consultations, group workshops and lectures, he tries to simplify the concept of healthy eating and draw attention to the importance of the psychological importance of nutrition. He believes that we should avoid extremes in life, and diet does not deviate from this rule.
